Once again, we have earned the Ford Motor Company President’s Award. This is the 25th time we've had the honour of receiving this accolade.
This award is presented to the Ford dealers in Canada that have earned the highest customer satisfaction scores. Those scores come from the surveys that our customers complete after buying a vehicle from us or after having a vehicle serviced here.
You might be thinking that if this award can be won 25 times, it must not be very hard to win. To that I will say that the majority of Ford dealers have never won this award. Very few will ever win it more than once. I don’t know of any that have won 25 times in 27 years.
Every car dealer claims to offer the best prices and the best service. However, the only real judge of that would be you, our customer. The key to our success has been having the right team on which everyone has the same goal of keeping you, the customer completely satisfied, whether you’re coming to us from Vegreville, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, or further away.
Over time, we’ve become very good at hiring people that care about what we do. To work here, you have to care. You have to care about our customers. If you don’t care about our customers, if you don’t get excited about providing the absolute best customer experience, you don’t get to work here. It’s that simple.

From the first inquiry to the final delivery Murray was exceptional I’ll be going back 100% to see him and recommend giving Murray a call if you need a vehicle.
Murray is an asset to the vegreville ford team they are lucky to have him I look forward to seeing and dealing with him again in the near future.
Only complaint is the half tank of fuel. I’ve bought several vehicles and always came with full tanks of fuel hahah petty complaint but it shows how great the service was if this was only issue.
