“Once again, we have earned the Ford Motor Company President’s Award. This is the 25th time we’ve had the honour of receiving this accolade.
This award is presented to the Ford dealers in Canada that have earned the highest customer satisfaction scores. Those scores come from the surveys that our customers complete after buying a vehicle from us or after having a vehicle serviced here.
You might be thinking that if this award can be won 25 times, it must not be very hard to win. To that I will say that the majority of Ford dealers have never won this award. Very few will ever win it more than once. I don’t know of any that have won 25 times in 27 years.
Every car dealer claims to offer the best prices and the best service. However, the only real judge of that would be you, our customer. The key to our success has been having the right team on which everyone has the same goal of keeping you, the customer completely satisfied, whether you’re coming to us from Vegreville, Sherwood Park, Fort Saskatchewan, or further away.
Over time, we’ve become very good at hiring people that care about what we do. To work here, you have to care. You have to care about our customers. If you don’t care about our customers, if you don’t get excited about providing the absolute best customer experience, you don’t get to work here. It’s that simple.

When we opened the doors in 1991, my partner, Dale Bodziak coined the axiom “Serious About Service”. We wanted to separate ourselves from all other car dealers by doing the things for our customers that other dealers wouldn’t do and not doing a whole bunch of stuff that other dealers were doing. You won’t see us giving away TV’s or trips to Vegas. We’re not luring you in with beef on the bun, money tunnels, dunk tanks or novelty acts.
We’re here every day to do the same thing we have been doing since 1991. We show up and take great care of you and your Ford. We are at the ready to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can contact me on Christmas day if you are broke down, we’ll stay late or come in early to get you back on the road, we’ll rob parts off of a new vehicle if we don’t have them in stock, we do whatever we have to, to keep you happy.
